  1. وتحدثّ عمليّة العَزل عن طريق وَضْع البلاط فوق السقف، كما يمكن إضافة الفواصل الخشبيّة تحت البلاط، أمّا السقوف المصنوعة من المعدن، فهي تفتقر إلى حد تحتها على الفور، حيث يُمثِّل ذلك الحاجز طبقة تُشكِّل حاجزاً للحرارة الإشعاعيّة، ثمّ يُرجع تركيب السقف المعدنيّ فوق ذلك الحاجز دون عواقب سلبيّة، أمّا فيما يتعلق للأرضيّات، فيمكن عَزلها عن طريق وَضْع ألواح العَزل قَبل تشطيب الأرضيّات، وفيما يتعلَّق بالألواح الخرسانيّةن فإنّه يتمّ عَزلها مع نسق التبريد، والتسخين (المتواجد في باطن الأرض، وحول الحافّة الرأسيّة لمحيطها، حيث لا تقلّ مقدار العَزل R عن 1.0)
