Look for the change between moments
In time-lapse, small changes in cloud, brightness and shadow become a visible sequence. The finished pace reflects intervals and editing rather than the speed at which a visitor would experience every scene.
A film can suggest a photographic question
Instead of collecting only a list of locations, ask what changes at a location when you stay longer. Does the foreground remain dark as the sky brightens? Do clouds reveal and conceal the terrain? Those questions are useful even during an ordinary walk, and they make the viewing experience richer than another claim that a landscape video will change your life.
