Choose the daily experience first
Start with a few practical questions: how close is the accommodation to the lift you intend to use, where will lessons begin, and how will everyone return at the end of the day? A large connected region does not mean every journey between villages is equally convenient for every skier.
For a mixed-ability group, the meeting place and suitable terrain can matter more than covering the greatest distance. Give those details a place in the plan before comparing restaurant views or mountain panoramas.
