Get Ready for the Winter Season in Aspen, USA

The famous ski resort in the Rocky Mountains is excited for the upcoming winter season. And until the area will be covered with snow, the mountain slopes look beautiful and colorful in fall.

Originally a mining village in the 19th century, it turned into a celebrity retreat in the 20th century after a journalist Hunter S. Thompson and musician John Denver settled here and popularized Aspen among the celebrities. Today it is one of the most expensive cities in the US.

The ski area in Aspen Mountain provides the comfortable track. The longest run stretches for 5 km (3mi). However, there are not many options for the beginners: the tracks are for intermediates to experts. The climate is always mild in Aspen with an average temperature of 25 °C in summer and 0 °C in winter.

During summer White River National Forest, which provides amazing scenery, attracts hikers. And many boutiques of the famous fashion designers please the shoppers. So when planning your winter holiday options, keep in mind Aspen.
