A Photographer Saw Something Moving Across A Vertical Damn… WOW!
Photographer Paolo Seimandi was visiting the damn at the Gran Paradiso National Park in Northern Italy, when something caught his eye.
A herd of alpine ibex were scaling the vertical wall!
It’s believed that they like to climb the damn to lick the salt and minerals off the bricks, and because they feel safe from predators.
Don’t worry, it’s looks more difficult than it is. Ipex are great climbers because their hooves have rubbery, elastic pads with sharp edges that make it easy for them.
Very impressive, don’t you think?
